KEOTT G., 17, SILVER SPRING, MD

Keott G. familyTell us about your yourself:
My name is Keott G. I'm 17 years old. I live in Silver Spring, Maryland. I have 2 gay fathers and a little brother. We were adopted by our dads. I play football and do wrestling at my high school.

Do you participate in any COLAGE activities, events or programs?
I have gone to p-town Mass. for Family Week every year and do some things through out the year with COLAGE. I am an activist with them and I love telling people about what it's really like to have gay parents.

Keott G.What is the hardest thing and the best thing about having LGBT parents?
One of the hardest things about having gay parents is telling other kids that I have gay fathers. The kids in my school sometimes tease me or do not like me because of my family. I wish people knew we were just like any other family. The best thing about having gay parents is going to p-town each summer.
