Katie Christian

Board Member

Katie Christian (she/her) is the daughter of a two mom family from metro Detroit. She grew up attending Michigan Family Week and has been actively involved with COLAGE since 2020, serving as a youth action board member, Family Week administrative intern, and now board member. Katie testified as a judicial witness to help pass the Michigan Family Protection Act in April 2024. Most recently, she worked in civil and family law at the San Francisco Superior Courthouse, assisting self-represented litigants with name and gender changes, domestic violence restraining orders, and divorce and parentage cases. She currently lives in New York City as a student at Columbia University studying History and Statistics.
