Chris Kelso

Chris Kelso (he/him), a native of Tennessee, has devoted over 20 years advocating and supporting the Human Rights Campaign platform. He is a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Professional, focusing on diversity and inclusion in the workplace. As a senior Professional Development Trainer for the Progressive Corporation his passion for diversity, equity, and Inclusion fuels his professional drive. As a Certified Virtual Facilitator through the Association for Talent and Development Chris is well versed as an educator and presenter. Although his degree is in Business Administration, his passion for equality and equity is his focus. He currently resides in the Tampa Bay, Florida area with his husband Steve and their two amazing sons, Christopher and Jordan. Chris and Steve were among the group of Florida residence to initially have their same sex marriage recognized in that state. Having been married in Washington, DC in 2011 prior to Marriage Equality in Florida, gave way to the grandfathering of their union. Chris was originally introduced to COLAGE via Family Week in 2016.
