Clelia Scaccia

Board Member

Clelia (she/her) is the daughter of two moms and a straight father. Clelia, a Licensed Social Worker, has extensive experience in Board leadership, youth program development, trauma-informed care, gender responsive services, and organizational-change with focus on eliminating ethnic and racial disparities. She currently manages a multidisciplinary community-based alternative-to-incarceration program in Harlem, NY. Clelia, who was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY returned to New York City after temporarily living in Philadelphia, PA and St. Louis, MO. Clelia holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Syracuse University and was an Ascending Leadership Fellow in the Nonprofit Executive Leadership Institute of Bryn Mawr College. In her spare time, Clelia enjoys cooking, drawing, painting, thrifting, and DIY projects.
